Clueless Weightlifter Nearly Decapitates Himself

Weightlifting like many other things, can be perfectly safe when you know what you are doing, or have the instruction of someone who does.  However on the other side of things,  if you're trying to do too much, show off, or when you don't know what you're doing in the gym you could put yourself in a wheelchair... or worst case scenario, the morgue.
